New Jaguar Land Rover Dealership to open at Broadland Gate

Six acres to the south west of Broadland Gate have been sold to Inchcape for a new Jaguar Land Rover Dealership. Proposals are for a new showroom and service centre in nearly 60,000 sq.ft of buildings. The facility will be situated at the entrance of Broadland Gate at the south west of the site, with direct frontage to the A47 slip road leading on to the new Norwich Northern Distributor Road.

  • All mitigation and compensation bat boxes installed (81)
  • Over 100 bird boxes put up – 10 barn owl boxes follow
  • 2 Bat roost barns
