The Broadland Gate team are pleased to announce the completion of three land sales across the thriving estate. Plot 2c, adjacent to Lidl and McDonalds, has been sold to Matterhorn Capital and is earmarked for a drive-thru development.

Plot 11 has been sold to Norfolk Land Developments and the sale of Plot 1a has completed with 1784 Holdings following the grant of planning consent for a self storage facility.
