Progress at Inchcape JLR

Jaguar Land Rover, the renowned automotive manufacturer, are progressing with the construction of their brand new facility at Broadland Gate. The showroom represents a significant investment in the region and underpins Inchcape’s commitment to innovation.


The dual-arch dealership is anticipated to open later this year and will relocate the separate operations from the existing Norwich premises. An additional 80 jobs will be created by the showroom, which will include a workshop and servicing area.

Works progressing at CCF

Following the grant of planning consent in July 2022, Norfolk Land Developments are progressing the construction of the new CCF branch. It will be the first branch in Norwich for the leading provider of interior building materials and is well positioned adjacent to the existing Broadland Gate Trade Park to serve specialists across East Anglia.
