Six acres to the south west of Broadland Gate have been sold to Inchcape for a new Jaguar Land Rover Dealership. Proposals are for a new showroom and service centre in nearly 60,000 sq.ft of buildings. The facility will be situated at the entrance of Broadland Gate at the south west of the site, with direct frontage to the A47 slip road leading on to the new Norwich Northern Distributor Road.

Works to install the estate infrastructure are due to commence shortly with a view to being completed by mid-2018. Thereafter serviced plots will be available across the site for interested parties.
