Pigeon and Ifield Group were very proud to receive the award for ‘Project of the Year’ for Broadland Gate at the Eastern Echo Awards 2022. Emma Butler, Development Surveyor at Pigeon, was delighted to receive the award on behalf of the wider team.

Open to projects, people and places across the East of England, the awards were judged by a panel who have extensive knowledge and experience within the industry. The Project of the Year award, sponsored by Mills and Reeve, recognised Broadland Gate as a special project showcasing the finest new quality buildings and inspirational for the users and wider community.
