There is lots of activity at Broadland Gate with five plots currently under construction!

LNT Care Developments are constructing a 66 bed care home facility on Plot 1b, which shall be opened under Danforth Care Homes in October. Norfolk Land Developments have commenced the build of a trade counter facility for CCF, following the receipt of planning consent in July.

GRIDSERVE have added a new Post Office to their Electric Forecourt, providing the local community access to vital services. The facility is designed to be a community hub for everyone, not only electric vehicle users.

Pinnacle Engineers are progressing with their new office development on Plot 8, whilst Norfolk Constabulary are nearing completion of their Police Station on the adjacent plot. Jaguar Land Rover have erected their steel frame for the new dual dealership.
