Lidl have opened the doors of their new food store at Broadland Gate, which marks the retail giant’s fourth supermarket across Norwich. Located at the Poppy Way entrance, the store is easily accessible from the A47 and Northern Distributor Road. The store has created 40 new jobs for the local area and provides the surrounding community with access to great quality and affordable produce.

Norfolk Land Developments have opened the Broadland Gate Trade Park with national occupiers Screwfix, Howdens and Toolstation. There are four units remaining within the terrace which are available for immediate occupation. The Trade Park is located on Plot 5, to the north east of the estate.
