Planning consent for 1784’s self-storage scheme

1784 Holdings, a US-based development company, has obtained planning consent for the construction of a self-storage facility at Broadland Gate. The 25,000 sq ft three storey building received unanimous approval from Broadland District Council.

The development is part of the company’s strategy to expand its presence in the UK and will offer a range of storage solutions for businesses and individuals in the region. The facility will complement the continued growth of Broadland Gate as a key local hub.
