More exciting news for Broadland Gate as contracts exchanged with Lidl for a new food store on Plot 2a at the north of the site, adjacent to the Poppy Way Roundabout. The plot will provide Lidl with high prominence and an easily accessible location for customers. They will be a key anchor occupier for the northern area of the site. Lidl have submitted a planning application to Broadland Council for the development.
Broadland Gate Update – Over Half the Site Now Exchanged or Sold
The COVID-19 pandemic has bought unprecedented challenges. However, the team at Broadland Gate have quickly adapted to new ways of working to continue driving the development forward. Over 54% of the plots at Broadland Gate have now been exchanged or sold, with other plots under offer and negotiation.
