Work underway on the new Inchcape JLR Dealership
Inchcape have commenced work on their new Dual Arch Concept Jaguar Land Rover dealership at Broadland Gate, following the grant of planning consent earlier in the year. The facility will be split into two zones, comprising of front of house showroom and back of house for staff and vehicle storage, together with a workshop for MOTs, repairs and servicing.

Pinnacle Engineers commence construction
Pinnacle Engineers have commenced the development of their new office building on Plot 8, with R G Carter appointed as the main contractor. The facility is due to open in early 2023 and will support the growing needs of their business. As a local company and the designer of the building, it has presented the opportunity for Pinnacle to bring apprentices to site to see practical construction underway.
