LNT Care Developments have submitted a planning application to Broadland Council for the development of a 66-bed care home on Plot 1b at Broadland Gate. Located at the north of the site adjacent to the Poppy Way entrance, the plot will provide LNT with an easily accessible location for the community.

The purpose-built, residential care home has been designed to provide a high-quality facility for elderly people in the local community. The scheme will incorporate 66 care beds across three floors, featuring a library, tea shop and hair salon, surrounded by secure landscaped gardens. Once open, the care home scheme would create jobs for approximately 60 people in the local area, with 42 full-time staff and 20 part-time roles.
