Contracts have completed with Lidl for the development of a new food store at the Poppy Way entrance to Broadland Gate. The outline planning application for the store was approved at Planning Committee alongside Norfolk Constabulary in September and approval has since been granted for the reserved matters application.
Lidl have commenced construction on the new 1,256 sq m store, which is anticipated to open at the end of the summer. Lidl will be a key occupier for the northern part of Broadland Gate and once open, the food store will create 40 new jobs for the local area.
