NOW OPEN! Broadlands Lodge Care Home
Broadlands Lodge Care Home has officially opened its doors welcoming their first residents, providing 24 hour residential and dementia care. The newly built state of the art home is part of Danforth Care and was delivered by LNT Care Developments on Plot 1b, at the north of Broadland Gate.

The Broadland Gate team are delighted to announce the latest facility to open is Broadland Police Station, home to Norfolk Constabulary. The new purpose-built facility was delivered by R G Carter and marks the final project of a five year modernisation programme, helping the force become “fit for the future”..

Work underway on the new Inchcape JLR Dealership
Inchcape have commenced work on their new Dual Arch Concept Jaguar Land Rover dealership at Broadland Gate, following the grant of planning consent earlier in the year. The facility will be split into two zones, comprising of front of house showroom and back of house for staff and vehicle storage, together with a workshop for MOTs, repairs and servicing.
Project of the Year Award at Eastern Echo Awards
Pigeon and Ifield Group were very proud to receive the award for ‘Project of the Year’ for Broadland Gate at the Eastern Echo Awards 2022. Emma Butler, Development Surveyor at Pigeon, was delighted to receive the award on behalf of the wider team.
Pinnacle Engineers commence construction
Pinnacle Engineers have commenced the development of their new office building on Plot 8, with R G Carter appointed as the main contractor. The facility is due to open in early 2023 and will support the growing needs of their business. As a local company and the designer of the building, it has presented the opportunity for Pinnacle to bring apprentices to site to see practical construction underway.

GRIDSERVE opened their new futuristic Electric Forecourt, hosting 36 electric vehicle chargers and supplied by 100% renewable energy.
Works progressing at CCF
Following the grant of planning consent in July 2022, Norfolk Land Developments are progressing the construction of the new CCF branch. It will be the first branch in Norwich for the leading provider of interior building materials and is well positioned adjacent to the existing Broadland Gate Trade Park to serve specialists across East Anglia.

McDonald’s have opened their new drive-thru restaurant at the north of Broadland Gate. Well located adjacent to Lidl, the restaurant is proving popular with visitors of the estate and surrounding area!
