Broadland Gate is one of the most accessible commercial areas in the region. Lying at the apex of the existing southern by-pass, it is within 15 minutes of the A11 south to the A14 and M11. Broadland Gate is at the key junction of Broadland Northway with easy access to the airport and north Norfolk.

There is also a Park & Ride service on the Postwick junction which Norfolk County Council intend to enlarge significantly.

Broadland Way, on the eastern boundary of Broadland Gate, is currently served by bus routes 17/17A, linking South Tuckswood and Norwich City Centre, housing the main bus and railway stations. In the morning peak, there are four buses per hour.

Norwich (Thorpe) Station is about four miles from Broadland Gate, with regular services to London Liverpool Street (1 hour 57 mins), Peterborough (1 hour 30 mins), Cambridge (45 minutes), as well as the East Anglia rail network.

Improvements to the existing cycling and walking public transport routes will significantly enhance the connectivity in and around the scheme.

Broadland Gate will be easily accessible to cyclists and pedestrians, with a network of cycle ways and paths around and through it, enhancing the environment for those working there.

Norwich International Airport offers year-round scheduled flights to destinations such as Amsterdam, Manchester, Aberdeen and Edinburgh, plus seasonal charters to a number of Mediterranean locations, Bulgaria, the Channel Islands and Tenerife. The site is easily accessible from Norwich Airport via Broadland Gate.
